Abeer Almadawy Calls for One peaceful World and a Global Justice
A Statement to adopt the new global constitution
London, UK — January 7, 2026
In a world teetering on the edge of unprecedented conflict, I must speak out against the recent actions taken regarding the presidency of Venezuela. I do not agree with the path the American administration has chosen. Even if a leader is perceived as a threat to United States interests, the methods employed have set a dangerous and “harsh model” for tyrants across the globe to emulate.
What we are witnessing is the very definition of occupation. To kidnap a sitting president, capture his family, and forcibly remove them to another nation to be jailed is a violation of every principle of international law. We must ask: who gives any leader the authority to bypass global norms, regardless of whether their country claims to be the world’s primary power?
The Erosion of Sovereignty and Wealth
Beyond the political captures, the seizure of Venezuela’s oil and the collective wealth of its people is a move against all rational behavior. These actions do not exist in a vacuum; they provide a justification for other powers, such as Russia, to behave with similar disregard for borders.
By engaging in such unconducted and unacceptable behavior, the current leadership is pushing eight billion people toward the edge of total war. It is a fire that threatens to burn the entire earth. This is not an isolated incident; it is a pattern we have seen before in Iraq, Syria, and Afghanistan. Because the international community failed to stop these past interventions, the cycle repeats.
A History of Deception and the Path to Peace
We must look back at the history of intervention, including the justifications used following the events of September 11th. When the rights of life and human rights are only applied selectively, justice fails. Americans are human beings, but that does not grant them the right to supersede the rights of other nations and their citizens.
I call upon the heads of world leadership to take immediate action. We must return to a system where rights are respected and justice is the foundation of our interaction.
This is the core of the New Global Constitution that I have proposed: a new world order built on mutual respect and justice for all countries. We dream of one peaceful world, and that dream can only be realized when the powerful are held to the same laws as the weak.
Strategic Note for who read my statement :
This statement emphasizes on the need to protect our communities against the threat of violence and selfishness.
In the second chapter I have added quotes let’s read together to help us understand how is the current situation is very dangerous;

“Prioritising Human Safety and Consciousness
The true strength of modern governance lies in shifting the focus away from state-centered power toward the safety and consciousness of the individual. When the well-being of the person becomes the primary objective, the needs of the human spirit finally take precedence over geopolitical interests and economic gain.
Redefining the Right to a Safe Life
A “Safe Life” must be recognized as the foundational right of every person, encompassing not only physical protection but also psychological, intellectual, and social security.
True justice requires us to acknowledge that living in a state of permanent fear is a hidden form of torture. Therefore, compassion and justice must become the supreme principles that guide how the world is governed.
Aligning Technology with Wisdom
As we move toward the future, we must address the growing gap between our advanced technology and our moral structures.
The vision of a modern, conscious society requires that science and innovation are no longer used for destruction, but are instead guided by ethics. In the 21st century, technology must serve the wisdom of humanity to ensure a peaceful and stable world.
