Abeer Almadawy Empowering Youth Responsibility with the New Global Constitution

Abeer Almadawy – Philosopher and Literary Author , Famous of ( The New Global Constitution) as well her theory of the third mind and the Non self and the trans egoism philosophy school wrote , recently she called the international society to consider the role of the youth in the political system as well about the importance of preparing the Youth for the Future. Almadawy said that the New World leadership won’t allow the olds to continue controlling as they belong to the old world but they want the New Youth to move forward.

Introduction

Dr. Abeer Almadawy, in her philosophical and social writings, emphasizes the moral and civic responsibility of societies to nurture youth and children.

In a recent statement, she underscored the urgency of protecting young generations, warning that the harvest of today’s decisions will be reaped in 30 years, around the year 2052.

This perspective resonates directly with the principles of her  ( The New Global Constitution)for World Leadership (2030–2032), which advocates for governance systems that prioritize human development, ethical responsibility, and justice above mere administrative power.

Youth as the Cornerstone of Future Governance

Dr. Almadawy writes:

“Youth are the language of a progressive society. Development requires their minds and the wisdom of the past. Every official will be held accountable for these young generations.”

This reflects a core principle of the  ( The New Global Constitution): a governance system must elevate humanity—especially youth—above bureaucratic or systemic interests. The Constitution explicitly asserts that human potential, education, and cultural grounding are the foundations of sustainable global leadership.

Historical Context and Lessons for Today

Drawing from Arab’s modern governance history, Dr. Almadawy praises visionary leadership that strategically empowered young citizens and prepared the nation for long-term strength:

“Governments of the past, like those of Ismail Sherif and Ibrahim Mahlab, laid bridges of security for the future of Egypt’s youth, even when criticized. True foresight often faces resistance but ultimately shapes national resilience.”

The  ( The New Global Constitution) mirrors this by codifying mechanisms that prioritize meritocracy, youth representation, and equality, ensuring that systemic favoritism or nepotism does not undermine societal progress.

Practical Implications for Society

Dr. Almadawy urges families and governments alike to invest in youth:

   •   Trust and empower children and adolescents.

   •   Prioritize projects that enhance education, cultural engagement, and innovation.

   •   Reduce resources spent on passive entertainment and redirect them toward productive development initiatives.

These align with the Constitution’s vision of ethical allocation of resources, where societal growth and economic development are inseparable from the empowerment of young citizens.

Global Governance Perspective

According to Dr. Almadawy:

“The global governance system does not favor aging nations but invests in the youth, as seen in China, South Korea, and Japan, where leaders of enterprises are often under 40, and older leaders serve as advisors.”

This mirrors the Constitution’s emphasis on forward-looking leadership, which values youth engagement, accountability, and ethical decision-making as the cornerstones of modern governance.

Conclusion

Dr. Abeer Almadawy’s reflection on Egypt’s youth, national responsibility, and ethical leadership is not just a call to action for her country but a practical illustration of the principles enshrined in her New Global Constitution. By integrating education, ethics, and youth empowerment, societies can transform governance from a static administrative system into a dynamic, human-centered framework capable of sustaining justice, freedom, and prosperity well into the mid-21st century.

“The old world has ended; the new world will triumph with light, purity, honesty, transparency, and humane freedom.” — Abeer Almadawy
