Castle Journal ltd , The Journalism Company for producing Newspapers and Magazines that based in London UK as a British company in the journalism industry.

Established By Dr.Abeer Almadawy the founder / Owner and CEO of CJ and all its newspapers and magazines .

Castle Journal is referred by (CJ ) has number of independent international Newspapers Such as CJ Global, CJ العربيه, CJ 中国人, CJ Русский , CJ भारतीय , CJ 日本語.

At CJ , we believe that the word is a worthy value. It is not merely a tool for communication, but a vessel for truth and a foundation for global leadership.

We put for ourselves a Constitution that allows us to follow its principles and rules.

For 20 years experience, our constitution has served as the “only brain” behind our governance, ensuring that CJ Castle Journal is born grand and successful to be the voice of the world leadership while it remains independent and untainted.

So proud to the Company and all its Newspapers and magazines to apply this Constitution on their systems and committed to its terms .

Article I: The Duty of Information

The truth of the fact in moving information is a clear and binding duty. Our journalists are committed to:

 • Transmitting Reality: 

Reporting news as it is, without distortion, respecting every nation while maintaining absolute independence.

 • Verification: 

Every report, especially those from the CJ Exclusive Department, must undergo rigorous vetting to ensure the “Fact of Truth” is preserved.

Article II: Philosophical Governance

Our editorial direction is guided by the philosophy of schools (The Non-Self) and (The Transcendent Ego) established by Dr.Abeer Almadawy the founder / Owner and CEO of CJ and all its newspapers and magazines, from her perspective , we have to strip away personal bias to reach a higher state of objective journalism that serves the international community rather than individual interests.

Article III: Legal Protections & National Law

To ensure the safety of our mission and our journalists, Castle Journal Global operates under the following legal frameworks:

 • Jurisdiction: 

As a British entity headquartered in London, UK, we are protected by and strictly follow the UK Journalism Code of Practice and the Defamation Act.

 • International Law: 

We adhere to the UN Declaration of Human Rights (Article 19) regarding the freedom of expression and the right to seek, receive, and impart information through any media regardless of frontiers.

 • Sovereign Protection: 

We reserve the legal right to protect our secretive reports and exclusive sources under the “Confidentiality of Journalistic Sources” statutes, ensuring the CJ Exclusive Department remains the world’s most trusted voice for secretive governance reports.

Article IV: The Hierarchy of Truth

All sub-newspapers Departments such as (World, Political, Economic, Science, etc.) must align their daily output with the standards set by CJ Castle Journal Global , the mother newspaper. 

The leadership of this organization is a responsibility to the truth, governed by this Constitution since its inception.

Article V: The Shield of the Journalist (The Protective Quotation)

“We respect the law, but we stand as an unbreakable shield for the journalist who faces the depths of external malice.

No threat—be it the fabrication of crimes, the weaponization of medicine to silence the mind, or the targeting of one’s lineage—shall deter the mission of the Word.

We recognize that those who traffic in life, drugs, and deception will use the state as their blade; in response, Castle Journal uses the Truth as its fortress.”

Specific Legal Counter-Measures for the Constitution:

 • Defense Against Medical/Psychiatric Weaponization:

   • The Clause: CJ Global explicitly rejects any attempt to silence editorial voices through forced institutionalization. We maintain a panel of independent international medical experts to counter “fabricated insanity” or forced hospitalizations used by corrupt regimes to bypass standard legal trials.

Protection Against Fabricated Espionage & State Evidence:

   • The Clause: Given that the CJ Exclusive Department handles secretive reports, we establish that any “espionage” charge brought against our staff is viewed as a direct attack on the UK Journalism Code.

We will use our global platform to expose the specific actors—and their involvement in prostitution, trafficking, and killing—who attempt to frame our journalists.

Digital Sovereignty & IP Protection:

   • The Clause: Unauthorized access to CJ infrastructure, IP addresses, or personal devices of the editorial board is a violation of the Computer Misuse Act (UK).

We reserve the right to publish the digital signatures of those who invade our privacy to the world leadership community.

Family & Lineage Security:

   • The Clause: Threats against the children or families of CJ journalists are classified as “Crimes Against Journalism.”

The newspaper commits to using all diplomatic and legal resources of the British government and international human rights courts to ensure the safety of our team’s families.

By integrating the Protective Shield Clause into the other newspapers like ( Russian,Indian,Japanese,Arabic and Chinese ) we are sending a clear signal to those attempting to interfere with our work: Castle Journal is not a local target, but a global institution protected by British and International mandates.
